All of the associated tools and forms that the author has created are included as appendices and on the accompanying CD. This book is excellent and should be read by all school counselors, teachers, principals, and administrators. Butch has included important information for reducing bullying in schools. It is clear that he speaks from the perspective of someone with a commitment to helping reduce a major problem in today's society.
